Dr Malte Mienert
Dr Malte Mienert holds a doctorate in educational and developmental psychology and currently leads projects in Germany and beyond as an independent researcher and educational consultant. Based in Berlin, he works throughout Germany and internationally. Until 2025, he was an Associate Professor at the Swiss School of Management (SSM). Prior to this, he conducted research and taught at Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Bremen.

Professor Dr Michael Skeide
Professor Dr Michael Skeide studied in Heidelberg and at Harvard, completed his doctorate in Leipzig and his habilitation at Humboldt University of Berlin. He is a neuroscientist, developmental psychologist and professor at the Institute of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Kiel University. He has also conducted research into early childhood learning and development at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig.
Stephanie Wordtmann
Stephanie Wordtmann is an experienced parent-child therapist specialising in baby and child sleep, conflict support, IBT trauma therapy and reflex integration. She works with families in the greater Oldenburg area and online and has many years of experience supporting families through challenging developmental stages. She is a mother of two.

The right Baby Box primarily depends on your baby's age and current developmental stage:

Every baby develops at their own pace, so the age recommendations are intended as a guide. The accompanying guide booklets also help you choose and use the toys in line with your baby's individual developmental milestones.
